The Bill (Reg. No.4535) introduces amendments to the Law "On the State Social Aid to the Persons not Entitled to Pension, and the Disabled" that introduce equal approaches to the determination of the rate of the State social aid for the looking after the disabled veterans irregardless of the Law that awarded the pension to them.
The Committee members stated that the Bill fixed the rate of the State social aid for the looking after the disabled veterans of I category in the amount of 50%, ІІ 25%, ІІІ 15% of the living wage for the persons who lost their working capacity, irregardless of the Law that awarded pension to them.
The Committee on Budget took into account the conclusion of the Ministry of Finance concerning influence of the Bill on the State Budget expenditures and believes that the Bill can be adopted on condition it comes onto force not earlier than 1 January 2011.
